Thank you for joining Flannel Flower Arts. By using our site, you agree to these legal conditions.

Our Policies

Art & Group Bookings

1. Custom Art Commissions
Price Validity: Quotes stand for 30 days. Requested adjustments after start-up may involve extra costs.
Payments: A 50% non-refundable deposit begins the work. The remaining balance is due once finished, prior to shipping.
Finality: Upon your digital approval of the final piece, no more edits can be made.
Intellectual Property: Micah retains all copyright to the work for portfolio and promotion. Clients cannot sell reproductions without permission.
6. Images & Copyright
All artworks, photographs, and workshop guides on this site belong to Flannel Flower Arts / Micah. You may not copy or use them for commercial gain without written consent. We love it when students share photos of their own progress and event shots on social media for personal use; just please credit Flannel Flower Arts and never claim our original designs as your own.

Booking Details

2. Private Events
Reservations: A deposit is required to lock in your date.
Attendance: Final numbers are due 7 days prior. This headcount determines your minimum invoice.
Changes: Cancellations over 14 days out get a full refund. Within 7 days, the full amount is retained due to prep costs.
3. Collaboration Terms
Materials: Costs are billed separately and are non-refundable once bought.
Travel: Locations outside our hub incur standard mileage and lodging fees.
Recording: Any filming for commercial use requires a separate licensing contract.

Safety & Logistics

4. Liability
Supplies: We use high-quality, non-toxic paints. However, the artist is not liable for stains or property damage during classes.
Spaces: Venue hosts must ensure a safe, flat area for our liquid media activities.
5. Public Classes
Securing Seats: Payment is required upfront. You will receive a confirmation email instantly.
Refunds: 7+ days notice provides a full refund. Under 7 days is non-refundable, but you can gift your seat to a friend. No-shows forfeit the ticket.
Cancellations: If we cancel for illness or weather, you get a 100% refund or a new date.
Minimums: If a class doesn't meet minimum numbers 5 days prior, we may cancel and refund you.
Media: We may take photos for social media. Let us know if you prefer to opt-out. We value your privacy.

Booking & Usage Agreements

Open Sessions

All public ticket sales are final. Virtual links arrive 24 hours early. Please be ready 10 minutes before the session starts to set up your creative space.

Private Hire

Group sessions require a non-refundable booking fee. Full payment is due 14 days before your event. Late cancellations result in the loss of all fees paid.

Retreat

Retreat partnerships operate under individual contracts. Flannel Flower Arts holds no liability for accidents or personal property loss at off-site locations.
